Welcome to Random Regulars. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CCM Productions LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Random Regulars.

Who can use Random Regulars

You must be 18 or older to use Random Regulars. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password private.

Membership & payments

• Access to events may require a paid membership. Prices and terms are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by PayPal.
• Free Early Access: while we're getting started, membership may be free. We may end Free Early Access and begin charging in the future; we'll make the current terms clear before you pay anything.
• You pay your own food and drinks. A membership covers access to the Random Regulars experience — it does not cover your restaurant bill, drinks, tax, or tip, which you pay directly at the venue.
• Refund requests are handled case by case — reach out and we'll do our best to be fair.

Events & community conduct

Random Regulars is about meeting people and having a good time. When you join an event you agree to:

• Show up when you RSVP, or cancel in good time so your seat can go to someone else.
• Treat other members and restaurant staff with respect. Harassment, hate, threats, and unwanted advances are not tolerated.
• Follow the law and the venue's rules while you're there.

We may reassign your table, remove you from an event, or suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms or make others feel unsafe.

Ratings & matching

After events you can rate the venue and the people you met. Ratings are private and help us match people going forward. A one-to-one chat opens between two members only when both rate each other highly. We don't guarantee any particular match, connection, or outcome.

Meeting people in person — your safety

Random Regulars introduces you to people you haven't met. We do not conduct background checks on members and cannot guarantee anyone's identity, conduct, or intentions. You are responsible for your own safety: meet in the public venue, use good judgment, and arrange your own transportation. You attend events at your own risk.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CCM Productions LLC is not liable for the conduct of any member or third party, for anything that happens at or around an event, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Random Regulars. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or to protect the community.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and let you know where appropriate. Continuing to use Random Regulars after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
